Quality:
The requirements of our customers have become noticeably more stringent in the past years. Our level of quality control has been continuously and consistently adapted to these challenges.
The objectives of our company policy are, with regard to precision and quality, to consolidate a leading position in the market and to consolidate the name of J.C. König as a synonym for outstanding quality.
All the sequences are accompanied and checked according to our certified quality management system (ISO/TS 16949:2002).
We procure materials exclusively from selected suppliers which are integrated into our quality management system.
Environment
Our products are made of metal and are thus easy to recycle. However, we are aware that our manufacturing processes exert an effect on the environment. We attach great significance to the minimisation of these influences. All the environmentally relevant activities of our company are constantly monitored and, wherever possible, improved. Our fundamental principles with regard to environmental policy
- The tasks of all the employees are to avoid any hazards to people and the environment as well as to strictly comply with laws relating to safety at work, health protection and environmental protection.
- We check and assess the environmental effects of every new activity and every new product in advance.
- We regularly check our processes and our behaviour. We recognise weak spots and improvement possibilities in this way.
- While paying attention to economic viability, we organise our processes in such a way that priority is given to the health and safety of people and that the effects on the environment remain as small as possible. We are prepared for malfunctions.
Employees
Around 130 employees form a close-knit team. Here, the sense of family also belongs to the managerial style of the family company. The social responsibillity for the employees is reflected in their motivation and identification with the company. Each employee is familiar with the exact instructions for the fulfilment of the demanded quality as well as for the responsible handling of raw materials and installations in his/her field of activity. He/she knows when and where he/she must obtain any missing information and whom he/she has to inform. Internal and external further education measures contribute to the employees satisfying the stringent requirements. The social commitment of our company also includes the training of young people.
