Transfer presses and automatic punching machines
Our fabrication installations are something to be proud of. 15 differently designed transfer presses and eight automatic punching machines give us the flexibility of optimum machine utilisation. That not only assures our quality claim but also permits economically viable production for us. Due to regular care, maintenance and investment, we have at our disposal modern machinery with which we can comply with the tight tolerances which we have promised to our customers. In order to be able to satisfy future requirements at the location, the business management has ensured enough extension reserves.

Pretreatment and post-treatment
There is a real art to pretreating the materials for deep drawing processes. On the one hand, the material must be protected from the often immense forces of the forming process. On the other hand, the forming agents should not alter the surfaces. However, the forming agents must be completely removed from the finished part. In addition to all these requirements, there is also the environmental aspect.
With the aid of modern drawing and punching agents, our know-how and corresponding technology, we offer the guarantee that the parts are processed in a way which is gentle on the materials, that the parts are subsequently free from residues and, last but not least, that the environmental aspect is taken into account.
