Quality management & Logistics
Quality management certified according to ISO/TS 16949: 2002
The general management bears the final responsibility for the quality policy (zero defect strategy) and the continuous improvement process (CIP). In addition to standard testing equipment, special equipment (3-D measurement machines, contour analysis device, surface roughness measurement device, microscope with attached camera, etc.) is also used for performing quality assurance measures.
The 3-D measurement machine allows for optical, laser-assisted and tactile measurements. Furthermore, residual dirt measurements can also be performed accordingly. Monitoring of the calibration status for variable and specific measurement instruments is computer-based, ensuring consistent testing equipment quality. Quality inspections accompanying the manufacturing process are per formed by qualified machine personnel. Documentation and statistical analysis can also be performed by means of CAQ, if desired.
Positive customer audit results and ppm evaluations bear witness to our years of experience as a supplier to the automotive industry.

We satisfy our customers’ various logistical requirements by setting up minimum stock inventories, using disposable and reuseable packaging and other customer-specific adaptations.
